This makes it easier than ever for passengers to buy their tickets before their journey, and to travel with confidence knowing that they have already downloaded their ticket.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-121897\" src=\"https:\/\/www.c2c-online.co.uk\/app\/uploads\/2020\/11\/in-app-loading-mobile-slider.png\" alt=\"In App Loading Mobile Slider\" width=\"1024\" height=\"270\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.c2c-online.co.uk\/app\/uploads\/2020\/11\/in-app-loading-mobile-slider.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.c2c-online.co.uk\/app\/uploads\/2020\/11\/in-app-loading-mobile-slider-300x79.png 300w, https:\/\/www.c2c-online.co.uk\/app\/uploads\/2020\/11\/in-app-loading-mobile-slider-768x203.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commercial Director Clare McCaffrey said; \u201cThis new app feature will transform the way our customers travel by allowing them to buy and load tickets before their journey. This means there\u2019s no need to queue at the station, or wait to load their tickets from the gate. Not only does this speed up the ticket-buying process but it also makes contact-free travel and social distancing easier, which we know is a priority right now for many of our customers.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c2c launched its new Train Travel app earlier this year, which provides live travel information for journeys across the UK and allows users to view departures and travel updates.
