As part of the Government’s national policy for ticket price changes, rail fares, nationally, will increase by 3.8% on 1 March 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n

Generally, rail fares increase in January, however in 2022, this has been delayed to give customers more time <\/span>to purchase cheaper flexible and season tickets at the existing rate<\/span>. Fares bought before 1 March 2022 will be charged at the current price.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you now only travel part of the week and work from home part of the week, you may find a flexible-season ticket offers you better value.
