We\u2019re giving customers the opportunity to have their say on how our innovation fund is going to be spent.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We consulted on how best to use <\/span>the \u00a3170,000 Customer and Community Innovation Fund<\/span>. This is intended for schemes that benefit passengers but are not part of c2c\u2019s existing franchise plans. More than 50 nominations were received from MPs, local authorities, local charities and c2c customers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Now it\u2019s your chance to vote for your favourite scheme from our final shortlist:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Enhancing CCTV coverage\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n
  2. Helping cyclists by introducing Bike repair and maintenance equipment located at the station\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n
  3. Additional enhancement of solar panels.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We are proud to announce that last year’s winner was water refill points. We have ordered a bulk of refill points and will be ready to install soon so look out for our updates!<\/span><\/p>\n
