To celebrate local rail operator c2c Railway\u2019s continuing partnership with Ambassador Cruise Line, the travel companies are offering customers the chance to win a very special prize.<\/p>\n

On 12 December 2025, four lucky prize winners will embark an overnight stay in two cabins aboard Ambassador’s stunning flagship,\u00a0Ambience<\/span>, with a five-course dinner and breakfast the following morning \u2013 a prize worth more than \u00a3500!<\/p>\n

Blending tradition and innovation, Ambassador offers guests the chance to experience breathtaking destinations, amazing entertainment, outstanding cuisine and no-fly convenience, where every guest enjoys the warmest welcome at sea.<\/p>\n

With c2c providing rail connections to Ambassador\u2019s home port of London Cruise Terminal through Tilbury Town station, the travel organisations have continued their partnership to offer local voyagers the opportunity to combine rail and cruising and get onboard with a special competition.<\/p>\n

“Tilbury Docks is an important historical site on the c2c route; the HMT Empire Windrush arrived at Tilbury Docks on 22 June 1948, bringing the first groups of post-war West Indian immigrants to the UK. The arrival of the ship became symbolic of a generation of Commonwealth citizens who came to live in Britain between 1948 and 1971.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

For customers not lucky enough to win, Ambassador will continue to provide a special 5% discount for c2c customers, available on any current Ambassador deal or offer,\u00a0valid for bookings made until 31 March 2026, for all sailings currently on sale.<\/div>\n

The 20-part series follows groups of friends and families aboard Ambassador\u2019s ships Ambience and Ambition as they enjoy life on board and explore destinations across Europe, including Madeira, Bordeaux, Spain, Italy and Greece. Narrated by comedian and actress Helen Lederer, the show captures Ambassador\u2019s unique blend of affordable quality and the \u2018Warmest Welcome at Sea.\u2019<\/p>\n

In addition to the 5% discount, to celebrate\u00a0the launch of The Cruise: Fun-Loving Brits at Sea, all new bookings made before 31 October 2025 will receive a free bottle of champagne within their cabin for the sailing booked<\/span>, with the code ‘Bubbles’.<\/div>\n
