Replacement buses were also arranged between Leigh on Sea and Shoeburyness.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Network Rail dispatched a team of engineers to the area, and normal service resumed at approximately 15:00.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Unfortunately, at 16:10 a lorry was reported to have collided with a bridge in the Upminster Bridge area.
