Leveraging advanced LiDAR scanning and computer vision, the system creates highly accurate 3D maps of station environments. These maps are readily available through the GoodMaps Explore app and on the c2c website under each station\u2019s \u201cAccessibility\u201d section.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Key features include turn-by-turn navigation with audio, visual, and haptic guidance, real-time updates on lifts and escalators, multilingual support, and customisable routes for step-free access. With these enhancements, passengers can independently find their way to ticket offices, platforms, lifts, and other key locations\u2014without the need for staff assistance.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">c2c Accessibility &amp; Integrated Travel Manager<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Steve Scutt, said: \u201cThis partnership marks a major milestone in our commitment to inclusive travel and improved customer experience.
