The local passenger groups we work with are the\u00a0Southend Rail Travellers Association (SRTA), Thurrock Rail User Groups (TRUG) and Laindon Passenger Group (LPG).<\/p>\n<h2>Joining or communicating with your\u00a0local passenger group<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The Southend Rail Travellers Association (SRTA)<\/strong>\u00a0is an independent passenger group set up to represent the views of rail passengers travelling from stations east of and including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.c2c-online.co.uk\/stations\/benfleet-station\/\">Benfleet<\/a>. The chair is Peter Slattery. If you travel in this area and you have any comments concerning your station, train times or end-to-end journey experiences, please contact\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:srta.usergroup@gmail.com\">srta.usergroup@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0and they will be presented to the senior management team at c2c.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Laindon Passenger Group (LPG)<\/strong>\u00a0is an independent body set up to represent the views of rail passengers travelling from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.c2c-online.co.uk\/stations\/laindon-station\/\">Laindon<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.c2c-online.co.uk\/stations\/west-horndon-station\/\">West Horndon<\/a> stations. The chair is Lesley Reynolds. If you travel in this area and you have any comments concerning your station, train times or end-to-end journey experiences, please contact\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:Laindonpassengergroup@gmail.com\">Laindonpassengergroup@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0and they will be presented to the senior management team at c2c.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Thurrock Rail User Group or Loopline<\/strong>\u00a0is an independent group set up to represent the views of rail passengers who travel on the lines via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.c2c-online.co.uk\/stations\/ockendon-station\/\">Ockendon<\/a> and via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.c2c-online.co.uk\/stations\/rainham-essex-station\/\">Rainham<\/a>. The chair is James Savill.
